Original authentic wooden printers type trays, these stunning trays were used by print compositors decades ago for storing lead type. Capitals stored in a print tray unit at the top, none capital letters at the bottom, hence ‘upper case’ and ‘lower case’. Now given a second lease of life to give your wall or space that cool urban industrial heritage look. Please note that we cannot guarantee which tray will be sent, while they are all a standard outer size, they come in different shades of wood and different internal section sizes and combinations.

Please note that these original vintage printers trays have come straight from being used as they were intended, they are not refurbished or cleaned and polished. They come with history baked in which means marks, printers ink, printers scribble, scratches and general wear and tear which all adds to the character.
