Refund policy

Please note returns are only accepted for damaged or defective items. All items should be inspected upon delivery and should any damage or issues with your item arise, then contact us immediately.

If your item should arrive damaged, contact us as soon as possible and we will replace and collect the damaged product.   If you decide that you are not happy with your purchase and you want to return the item, this needs to be returned within 7 days.  Please return the item using a service that is trackable and appropriate to the product being returned.
